Whether you're a winter sports enthusiast or a summer hiker or biker, you're sure to enjoy all the beauty Puffer Butte Retreat Center has to offer. Nestled amongst the pine trees of the Blue Mountains in southeast Washington, this facility can accommodate up to 76 guests in six cabins and a beautiful lodge.

 

Overnight accommodations

Puffer Butte Retreat Center can accommodate 56 guests in six cabins with bunk and twin beds, and an additional 20 guests in the lodge. There are 3 restrooms with showers in the lodge and additional restrooms with showers located a short distance from the lodge.

This facility includes beds with mattresses; however, linens are not provided. 

 

The lodge

The log lodge has a large, fully equipped kitchen featuring a double-door refrigerator, residential freezer, a 4-burner range and oven with a flat-top grill. Ample storage with the pantry and cupboards as well as counter space for meal prep. Kitchen cooking supplies, dishes, silverware, cleaning supplies, tables and chairs are provided. Bring your own kitchen linens and dishwashing supplies.

Capacity

The full camp can accommodate up to 76 guests. Lodge only reservations accommodate up to 20 guests. Minimum and maximum occupancy (number of beds) varies by facility. User group may have less than the minimum, however the minimum fee still applies. Please see the rates page for individual facility details.

Recreational activities

During winter, enjoy cross country skiing, snow tubing and snowshoeing right outside your door. Snowshoes and trek poles can be rented at the park office.

During the other seasons, enjoy hiking and mountain biking. Other outdoor activities include an archery range, horseshoe pits, softball, volleyball, croquet and badminton. 

Enjoy the outdoor amphitheater with firepit. Firewood is not provided. Inquire with the park for local purchase options.

For the safety and care of your attendees, groups are encouraged to bring their own first-aid equipment.
