City of Richland Columbia Point Park is a public marina with an accessible pumpout. Open only in the summer months. 24 hours a day when open. You will encounter a Keco -Pump-A-Head pumpout at this facility. There are two slips available for pumpout usage. There is a stationary pumpout. The stationary pumpout is located on the dock.

There is a boat launch available for a fee. Overnight moorage is available for a fee. There are 40 guest moorage slips available. The total estimated guest boat capacity is 50. Electrical hookup is available. Electrical power is available in 20 and 30 amps.
