Standard cabins

There are 24 standard cabins. Each is 14'x20' in size with a living room, kitchen area and bedroom. Waterfront cabins have two double beds. Second-row cabins have a double bed and a set of bunk beds (twin size). Standard cabin amenities are electric heat, lights, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and sink. Restrooms and showers are nearby. Linen service is not currently available. Guests should take along their own bedding, pillows, towels, cookware, dishes and utensils. Please note: Cabins are not equipped with kitchen stoves. Charcoal grills and fire pits are located nearby.

Deluxe Cabins (Sleep 4 people)

There are seven deluxe cabins. Each is 14'x28' in size with a living room and kitchen area, bedroom and small bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Deluxe cabins have one double bed and two twin-size beds. Cabin amenities are electric heat and lights, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and sink. The cabins have a view of the water. Linen service is not currently available. Guests need to take along their own bedding, pillows, towels, cookware, dishes and utensils. Please note: Cabins are not equipped with kitchen stoves. Charcoal grills and fire pits are located nearby.

Deluxe Cabins

Bungalows (Sleep 8 people)

Two bungalows are available. Each is 20'x28' in size with a large front room, kitchen area, two small bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Each bungalow has one double bed, two twin-size trundle beds and a set of twin-size bunk beds. Bungalow amenities are electric heat and lights, propane fireplace, refrigerator, microwave, sink and coffee maker. Large covered front porches look to the beach and Saratoga Passage. Linen service is not currently available. Guests need to take along their own bedding, pillows, towels, cookware, dishes and utensils.

Bungalows

    $164 (plus tax) per night

    $123 (plus tax) per night Sundays to Thursdays
    $148 (plus tax) per night Saturdays and holidays


  Reservation and cancelation policies

Group reservations:

  • Reservations of six or fewer cabins can be made up to nine months prior to arrival date. If a change is made to a reservation that was made nine months to the date of the arrival date, all cabin reservations will be canceled, and the person will be put on a waiting list for the new reservations dates desired.
  • Reservations of seven or more cabins can be made up to 18 months prior to arrival date. If a group reservation is made more than nine months prior to arrival, a minimum of seven cabins must be kept for the reservation period. If a group requests to reserve less than seven cabins after the original reservation has been made, all cabin reservations will be canceled, and they will be put on a waiting list for the lower number of cabins they wish to reserve.

Cancelation or change policies:

  • 30 or more days prior to arrival date: If a reservation is changed or canceled 30 or more days prior to the arrival date, a $10.50 fee per cabin will be charged.
  • 29 or fewer days prior to arrival date: If a reservation is canceled 29 or less days prior to the arrival day, the first night deposit will be forfeited. If a reservation is changed 29 or less days prior to the arrival date, a $10.50 fee per cabin will be charged.

Minimum nights of stay:
A minimum two-night reservation is required for Friday and Saturday stays. There is a three-night minimum stay required for holiday weekends, with the exception of the Thanksgiving holiday, which has a four-night minimum stay requirement. Check-in is not allowed on a winter holiday.
