Located fourteen miles southwest of Stanwood, Wash.
From I-5:
Take exit #212 and head west onto Hwy. 532. Three miles west of Stanwood, take left at fork (road is now East Camano Dr. and no longer SR 532). Drive approximately six miles on East Camano Dr. (At this point East Camano Dr. heads left by Windermere. Keep to main road, which is now Elger Bay Rd). At a spot marked by Elger Bay Grocery, Exxon and a café, turn right onto Mountain View. Travel two miles, climb a steep hill, then turn left onto Lowell Point Rd. The road will dead-end at park entrance.

Located on Whidbey Island, seven miles north of Freeland, Wash., on Smuggler's Cove Rd.
From Freeland:
Drive seven miles north on Smugglers Cove Rd.
From Coupeville:
Drive 15 miles south on Smugglers Cove Rd.

Located three miles south of Coupeville, Wash., on Whidbey Island in Puget Sound.
From I-5 north:
Take the Anacortes/Whidbey Island exit (#230), and drive to the Whidbey Island turnoff. From there, proceed south on Hwy. 20 to Coupeville. The park is just past the Camp Casey barracks on the right.
From the Mukilteo Ferry terminal at Clinton:
Take Hwy. 525 following signs to the Keystone Ferry terminal. Pass the Keystone Ferry parking lot, and take first entrance to the left.
From the south:
Follow signs to the Keystone Ferry terminal. Pass ferry parking lot, and take first entrance to the left.

Located on Whidbey Island, two miles north of Coupeville, Wash., and eight miles south of Oak Harbor, Wash.
From Seattle:
Take exit #189 off of I-5, just south of Everett. Follow signs for the Mukilteo/ Clinton ferry. Take the ferry to Clinton on Whidbey Island. Follow Hwy. 525 north, which becomes Hwy. 20. Two miles north of Coupeville, turn left on Libbey Rd. and follow it 1.5 miles to Hill Valley Dr. Turn left and enter park.
From Mount Vernon:
Take Burlington exit #230 and follow signs toward Whidbey Island on Hwy. 20. Once on Whidbey Island, follow Hwy. 20 south, eight miles past Oak Harbor. Turn right on Libbey Rd. and follow it 1.5 miles to Hill Valley Dr. Turn left and enter park.

Located ten miles north of Oak Harbor, Wash., on Whidbey Island in Puget Sound.
From Seattle:
Drive north on I-5 to exit 230, then travel 18 miles west on SR 20 toward Oak Harbor. Park entrance is on right, one mile south of Deception Pass Bridge.
From the Mukilteo-Clinton Ferry:
Drive north on Hwy. 525, which changes to Hwy. 20. Drive 50 miles to park entrance on left.
Features: Sand dune interpretive trail, underwater park, environmental learning center, over 20 buildings constructed by Civilian Conservation Corps. Swim/Fish at Pass lake.
Other Info: Freshwater swimming/fishing at Pass Lake.

Located five miles south of Eastsound, Wash.
From I-5:
Take Hwy. 20 exit westbound to Anacortes. Follow signs to San Juan/ Sidney, B.C. ferries. Take ferry to Orcas Island. Turn left after exiting the ferry, and follow signs to Moran State Park (approximately 14 miles).
Features: Environmental learning center, view of Vancouver BC, Mt Baker, and San Juan Islands atop Mt Constitu

Features: Remains of old Coast Guard Radio Station, beach access. View of Olympic Peninsula and Strait of Juan de Fuca.
