Clean Vessel Program and Pumpout Locations

The federal Clean Vessel Act provides funds to help reduce pollution from vessel sewage discharges into U.S. waters. These funds come from taxes on the sales of fishing equipment and on recreational boating fuel. Washington State Parks makes grants to both public and private sector boating facility operators for the construction, renovation, operation and maintenance of pumpout and dump stations for use by recreational boaters. The program also provides boater education to promote public awareness about boat sewage and its proper disposal.

In 2011, Washington boaters prevented 4,093,514 gallons of sewage from contaminating Washington's waters by using Clean Vessel Act pumpout facilities.

A clean marine environment is very important for everyone to enjoy the beautiful bodies of water throughout Washington. Boaters can help keep Washington's waterways clean. Washington offers more than 150 disposal facilities with a variety of stationary and portable pumpouts that provide a convenient way to properly dispose of boat sewage. For additional convenience, on-the-water restrooms and pumpout skiffs that can service boats right in their slips also are available.

Seacrest Marina is a private marina with a public accessible pumpout.  open year around  24/7  n/a  The facility has a full service pumpout.  A slip is available for pumpout usage.  The pumpout is located on a barge.  There is a stationary pumpout.  on floating restroom barge  This facility has a Porta-Potty dump station.

Gasoline can be purchased on site.  Over night moorage is available for a fee.  There are 110 guest moorage slips available.
