Dormitories - Buildings 203 and 225

These buildings were built in 1904 and served as barracks for soldiers stationed at Fort Worden. The facilities now are used for both overnight accommodations as well as conferences for groups of 16 or more. These dormitories provide comfortable accommodations, either with the privacy of individual rooms or the openness of large sleeping bays. The dorms are carpeted, have ample restroom facilities and can accommodate up to 246 guests. In addition to the sleeping rooms, select dorms have large, meeting areas where groups may gather. The first levels of dorms 203 and 225 comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Housing accommodations cancellation policy

  • If a reservation is cancelled 21 days or more prior to arrival date, there is a $25 cancellation fee.
  • If a reservation is cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival date, the deposit is forfeited.
  • If a portion of the reservation is cancelled, there is a $25 per day cancellation fee.
