Non-Commissioned Officers’ row
These five duplex homes and four single houses were intended for Non-Commissioned
Officers (NCOs are sergeants with three or more rank stripes) with families. The
houses were built between 1904 and 1915. Some homes have been renovated to be single
units and one to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
The rates below include full-linen service for bedrooms and bathrooms.
Fort Worden practices "Green Housekeeping," encouraging our guests to help conserve
water and related power associated with laundering by reusing towels instead of having
them replaced daily.
Barbeque grills may be reserved in advance; ask customer service staff for details.
All kitchens include a variety of kitchen items. Review the complete

to decide if you need to bring other items to make your stay more comfortable.
Pets now accepted: Fort Worden now welcomes a maximum of two well-behaved,
pre-registered dogs in housing units 325 and 336 with a $30 (plus tax) pet fee per night.
Staff strongly recommend you take along kennels and water and food bowls for your pets.
All shots and tags must be up-do-date. Reservations must be made in advance, and pets
must be declared at check-in. Pet owners will be required to sign an acknowledgement
and release form.

Housing accommodations cancellation policy
- If a reservation is cancelled 21 days or more prior to arrival date, there is a $25 cancellation fee.
- If a reservation is cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival date, the deposit is forfeited.
- If a portion of the reservation is cancelled, there is a $25 per day cancellation fee.
