Meeting rooms cancellation policy:
- If a reservation is cancelled 90 days or more prior to arrival date, there is a $25 fee per unit cancelled.
- If a reservation is cancelled less than 90 days prior to arrival date, the first night's rental fee for each unit cancelled will be forfeited.
Please note:
- "Attrition Fees" may apply to large conference groups. Refer to the Fort Worden State Park Conference Center Conference Group Reservations Agreement for specific details.
- Half-day rentals are available in some conference facilities. Three-hour rates are available for the Commons building.
