Cancellation policy:
Housing accommodations cancellation policy
- If a reservation is cancelled 21 days or more prior to arrival date, there is a $25 cancellation fee.
- If a reservation is cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival date, the deposit is forfeited.
- If a portion of the reservation is cancelled, there is a $25 per day cancellation fee.
Meeting rooms:
- If a reservation is cancelled 90 days or more prior to arrival date, there is a $25 fee per unit cancelled.
- If a reservation is cancelled less than 90 days prior to arrival date, the first night's rental fee for each unit cancelled will be forfeited.
- Please note: "Attrition Fees" may apply to large conference groups. Refer to the Fort Worden State Park Conference Center Conference Group Reservations Agreement for specific details.
