If you need to cancel a reservation, you will save money by canceling early. Canceling reservations
for campsites or dates you no longer need also makes the site available for others to reserve.
The reservation fee ($6.50 online or $8.50 through the Reservation Center) AND any reservation change and cancel fees are nonrefundable.
Reservations may be canceled
online
or by calling (888) CAMPOUT or (888) 226-7688 or the Washington Telecommunications Relay
Service at (800) 833-6388.
Canceling individual site reservations - campsites, cabins, yurts, platform tents,
Adirondack shelters or vacation houses
- If you cancel a reservation eight or more days prior to your scheduled arrival date, the cancel
fee is $8.50 online or $10.50 by calling the Reservation Center.
- If you cancel a reservation seven or fewer days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you
pay for two nights.
- Last-minute reservations: If you cancel a reservation that was made seven or
fewer days prior to arrival, you still pay for two nights.
Multiple-site reservations
- If you cancel one reservation in a multiple-site reservation, all the accompanying site
reservations also will be canceled.
- If you cancel your reservations eight or more days prior to your scheduled arrival date,
the cancel fee is $10.50 for each multiple-site reservation. Cancelation must be done by
calling the Reservation Center.
- If you cancel seven or fewer days prior to arrival, you pay for two nights for each reservation.
- If you change your arrival date seven or fewer days prior to arrival, you pay for one night's stay.
- Last-minute reservations: If you cancel a reservation that was made seven or fewer
days prior to arrival, you still pay for one night's stay for each reservation.
Group camps, group day-use facilities:
- If you cancel your reservation 29 or more days before your scheduled arrival date, the cancel
fee is $10.50 by calling the Reservation Center.
- If you cancel 28 or fewer days before your scheduled arrival date, you pay for two nights or days.
- Last-minute reservations: If you cancel a reservation that was made 28 or fewer
days prior to arrival, you still pay for two nights or days.
Reservation No-Shows
Your reservation will be considered a no-show if you have not arrived by 1 p.m. the day following
your scheduled arrival day and you didn't cancel your reservation or contact park staff to hold your site.
Your reservation will be considered a no-show and all remaining nights will be canceled.
- The no-show fee is equal to a maximum of three nights or days.
