The Table Mountain Fire area will be open for winter recreation this winter, and main routes will be groomed, except the Naneum meadow road #3530 will only be groomed down to Naneum Meadow. Below there, and up into Howard Creek the area burned extremely hot and there are many unstable snags that are expected to fall during the winter. The 3521 side route will not be groomed. The rest of the area will be open. People should be aware that snags may fall unexpectedly and in greater numbers than usual, especially during a wind. Ride as if there’s a new tree down around every corner!

12/28/12: The Clear Lake SnoPark is fully operational. There are 3 distinct lots for parking that have been plowed. Trails from this area being groomed every weekday. 47 downed trees have been removed so far. There are more downed trees lurking in the further reaches of the trail system, be watchful for them. Shaler and Pole Flats trails to Naneum Ridge Road are open and the road to the radio sites is open.
12/20/12: Grooming began 12/17/2012. The weather has been difficult. The snow is fluffy and doesn’t want to pack down yet. Huge Drifts. The Official Parking Lot has been sanitized, I believe there are 3 units in there.

Moved 4 trees off the route so be careful when you ride.

12/27/12: Groomed from Mineral Springs up Durst Cr. to Lion Gulch up to Haney Mdw back down to Blewett Snowpark back to Lion Gulch down Lion to Liberty and back up to Durst then back to Mineral Springs.
Today grooming will done at Blue/Jack Red top and part of Dicky.

12/27/2012: Groomed from Manastash up 3100 to Quartz Mtn. Down to 3120 and 3111 then up and back Barber Springs.
Groomed up from Woods & Steele Staging area the 4510 down the 111 to Five Corners. Around Peoh Point Loop and the Taneum/Osborne Loop. Dropped down to clear cut above West Gate Sky Meadows and then out to upper gate Sky Meadows. Dropped down Cedar Creek to Taneum Snopark and the returned to Woods & Steele via 119 & 111.
12/22/12:12/21. Groomed from Granite Creek out the 4517. Down to Woods & Steele Staging Area then up the 4510 around Windy Pass loop and up the 114. Dropped down the 111 to Five Corners, then out the 3352 towards Sky Meadows. Went towards West Gate turned around at clear cut then up past large microwave and to upper gate. Turned around and went back to Five Corners and down the 3350.
Sky Meadows Gates are OPEN
12/18 Groomed up the 3350 around Taneum/Osborne Point, Peoh Point Loop down to clear cut at West Gate Sky Meadows then up to Microwave and Upper Gate Sky Meadows. Then 3352 to 119 to 3300 to 114 down 4510 to Woods and Steele Staging Area then back up 4510 to 4517 to Big Creek. Crossed Big Creek and knocked down edges then returned to Granite Creek.
Sky Meadows Gates CLOSED. Shadow Creek Gates CLOSED. PLEASE RESPECT PROPERTY OWNERS and do not go around gates. Gates will open as soon as trail is groomed. PLEASE STAY ON TRAIL IN THESE AREAS.

1/9: Groomed from Manastash Snopark up to Quartz Mtn. Then down the 3120 to Tamarack Springs. Went up and back Barber Springs. Also groomed from Woods and Steele up the 4510 to the 111 then Five Corners around Taneum/Osborne Loop and Peoh Pt Loop. Down to West Gate Sky Meadows then, upper gate and East Gate. Went down Cedar Creek and then up 3300 to 119.
12/30: Groomed from Manastash up to Quartz Mtn, then 3120, 3111 back down. Also groomed from Granite Creek up 4517, 4510 down 111 to Five Corners. Around Peoh Point Loop and Taneum/Osborne Loop. Went to clear cut above West Gate Sky Meadows and them to upper gate Sky Meadows. Dropped down Cedar Creek up the 3300 to 119 back to Woods and Steele Staging Area via 111 and 4510.
12/29/12: Groomed from Woods & Steele Staging area up the 4517 then under power lines to Easton cut off. Dropped down the cut off to Iron Horse Trail following it to where it meets Cabin Creek. Went back to Power lines and out toward Easton Reload. Made it to top of final hill before Reload and then turned around and went back to Granite Creek.
12/27: Groomed from Manastash up Walter Springs to Tamarack Springs. Down Shadow Creek and them the 3300 to 3330. Down the 3111 to 3100 to Manastash.

12/27/2012: Groomed from Manastash up 3100 to Quartz Mtn. Down to 3120 and 3111 then up and back Barber Springs.
Groomed up from Woods & Steele Staging area the 4510 down the 111 to Five Corners. Around Peoh Point Loop and the Taneum/Osborne Loop. Dropped down to clear cut above West Gate Sky Meadows and then out to upper gate Sky Meadows. Dropped down Cedar Creek to Taneum Snopark and the returned to Woods & Steele via 119 & 111.
12/22/12:12/21. Groomed from Granite Creek out the 4517. Down to Woods & Steele Staging Area then up the 4510 around Windy Pass loop and up the 114. Dropped down the 111 to Five Corners, then out the 3352 towards Sky Meadows. Went towards West Gate turned around at clear cut then up past large microwave and to upper gate. Turned around and went back to Five Corners and down the 3350.

12/20: 12/20: Groomed up from Manastash the 3100 to top of Quartz Mtn. Then down to the 3120 and the 3111. Returned to Manastash Staging Area. Also Groomed Barber Springs Rd.
12/19: Groomed up the 3350 down the 119 from 5 corners. Then out the 3300 to Taneum Snopark. Up the 3330 to Buck Meadows then down Walter Springs to 3100 and Manastash temporary staging area ( end of county paved road )
12/18 Groomed up the 3350 around Taneum/Osborne Point, Peoh Point Loop down to clear cut at West Gate Sky Meadows then up to Microwave and Upper Gate Sky Meadows. Then 3352 to 119 to 3300 to 114 down 4510 to Woods and Steele Staging Area then back up 4510 to 4517 to Big Creek. Crossed Big Creek and knocked down edges then returned to Granite Creek.
Sky Meadows Gates CLOSED. Shadow Creek Gates CLOSED. PLEASE RESPECT PROPERTY OWNERS and do not go around gates. Gates will open as soon as trail is groomed. PLEASE STAY ON TRAIL IN THESE AREAS.

1/11: Groomed Teanaway Ridge Route yesterday, Blue/Jack/Red Top/Dicky, every place that could slide did slide all the avalanche spots and large cut banks. So when you go out watch for avalanche debris, also it is getting really cold so be prepared for extreme temps.

There are more than 120 Sno-Parks (parking lots cleared of snow) available statewide during winter.
Approximately 80 of the Sno-Parks are designated primarily for snowmobiling. Click on the
above map to find Sno-Park locations in specific regions. You will find directions to snowmobile
Sno-Parks and trail reports updated regularly during the winter season.
PLEASE NOTE: Trail grooming information may change without notice due to
snow conditions, temperatures, equipment breakdowns, etc. For more current information, contact the
public agency listed for the Sno-Park where you plan to park. All scheduled grooming occurs at night.
These maps are not intended as trail guides, but are provided as reference/informational
publications only. The trails are not based on Global Positioning Systems (GPS). If you
find incorrect information, please notify the Winter Recreation Program at
