Trails: 1.) Lake Easton     
For buses and groups of 20 or more people, a Special Recreational Permit is required. Please contact Lake Easton State Park at (509) 656-2586. At least a two week notice is preferred.

** Please note that the section of the John Wayne Pioneer Trail east of USFS Rd 5400 to Easton is shared use (snowmobile, x-country ski, snowshoe and dog sled). Snowmobiler's need to use caution!

Trail system 11 miles
Shared with non-motorized recreationists, showers (tokens required) and camping (camp fee applies--see Lake Easton State Park web page)

Permits: Sno-Park Permit, Special Groomed Trails Permit sticker (required with a Seasonal Sno-Park Permit or snowmobile Sno-Park Permit when engaging in a non-motorized sport--see permit information)

Exception: From April 1 to 30, a Sno-Park Permit may or may not be required.

Please obey posted signs indicating whether a permit is needed. Contact the local agency listed for each Sno-Park for more information.

PLEASE NOTE:
After periods of extreme weather, work crews may be on trails during the day to clear debris or drifts. Please exercise caution.


Grooming has concluded for the 2012-2013 Season. See you next year.

Groomed every Wednesday PM, Saturday AM and Sunday AM unless otherwise noted.

**Lake Easton State Park's recorded message line (509) 656-2230 is updated almost every morning by 8 a.m. when conditions change. Message line does not include conditions at Cabin Creek Sno-Park or the Erling Stordahl/Trollhaugen trails.

You can also visit snowrec.org for local updates.

Special Events:
Sno-Park is open to all visitors during special events. Arrive early to secure a parking space. When parking lot is full, please proceed to the next Sno-Park.

REMEMBER:
Grooming reports are updated when trail grooming information is provided. Reports are posted at 9:00 a.m, noon, 3:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Reports are posted at 8:00am and 10:00am on Saturdays. No updates on Sundays or holidays.

There are more than 120 Sno-Parks (parking lots cleared of snow) available statewide during the winter. Approximately 80 of the Sno-Parks are designated primarily for snowmobiling. Click on the above map to find Sno-Park locations in specific regions. You will find directions to snowmobile Sno-Parks and trail reports updated regularly during the winter season.

PLEASE NOTE: Trail grooming information may change without notice due to snow conditions, temperatures, equipment breakdowns, etc. For updates, please check the website regularly.

These maps are not intended as trail guides, but are provided as reference/informational publications only. The trails are not based on Global Positioning Systems (GPS). If you find incorrect information, please notify the Winter Recreation Program at winter@parks.wa.gov.
