Accident and fatality map

The following is an interactive map tool that enables users to view recreational boating accident data for Washington state. The mapping tool identifies fatal and serious injury collisions using data provided to the State Parks Boating Program by boaters and law enforcement. By selecting a particular icon on the accident map, additional information can be obtained describing the location, time and date of the boating accident, as well as characterization about what caused the accidents and fatalities. The information reflects data collected over a six-year period, from 2011 to 2017.
