Camano Island State Park Cabins

Camano Island State Park is a 134-acre camping park with 6,700 feet of rocky shoreline and beach, located 14 miles southwest of Stanwood. The park provides sweeping views of the surrounding mountains and offers opportunities for shellfish harvesting and hiking.

Camano Island cabins

The five cabins located at Camano Island State Park are in a diverse mature forest with peek-a-boo views of Saratoga Passage. Each cabin is 12-by-20-feet in size and is furnished with one folding futon couch that sleeps two, one bunk bed that sleeps three, and a table with five chairs. The rustic, custom furniture was made by local volunteers with wood milled from trees cleared at the park. Each cabin provides a fire ring, an upright pedestal grill, picnic table, and an 8-foot covered porch. Cabin number C5 is ADA accessible, and pets are allowed in cabin C4 with a $15 per night pet fee.

Check-in time is 4 p.m., check-out time is 11 a.m.

Rental notice

  • Bed linens are not provided in cabins; campers must bring their own linens and blankets.
  • Only microwave cooking is allowed inside cabins; all other cooking must be done outside.
  • Pets are not allowed in cabins unless otherwise noted.
  • Smoking is not allowed in cabins.
  • Washington State Parks pass discounts do not apply to cabin rentals.

Reservations & cancellations

Unless otherwise noted above, reservations may be made online or by calling (888) CAMPOUT or (888) 226-7688. Reservations may be made nine months in advance of the arrival date. The rental fee and non-refundable reservation fee must be paid in full at the time a reservation is made. This holds the rental facility until 1 p.m. on the day after the first reserved night.
