Area Closed for Forest Health Treatment
A 66-acre area is anticipated to remain closed through May 1, 2023, for Forest Health Treatment. This will include a thinning process with the following project goals: reduce wildfire risk, improve residual tree vigor, reduce insect and disease, return forest structure, protect recreational values, improve aesthetics.
