Enjoy a festival, join a fun run, tour an interpretive site, or just make your own celebration with a family picnic or camping trip. Choose from dozens of activities and events throughout the year. You can submit your state park event via email to get it placed on the calendar. The Discover Pass is required for vehicle access to Washington state parks and state-managed recreation lands. Hike and Write with the Washington State Poet Laureate

Join Washington State Poet Laureate Elizabeth Austen for a short, meditative hike on the Pass Lake trail and a brief, guided writing session in response to our walk. No previous experience with hiking or writing needed. Meet at 1pm at the Pass Lake parking lot.
