Join Lutheran Community Services Northwest for one of the best organized rides in Eastern Washington! 8 Lakes Leg Aches Bike Ride explores the beautiful scenery surrounding Spokane, West Plains, Medical Lake, and Cheney. Routes are clearly marked and include food stops, medical and mechanical support, and lots of camaraderie. Route options are 30, 45, or 75 miles.
