Summer Hike Series: Marine Mammal Mondays

Details: Do you want to see some of those notorious marine mammals? Head out to Rosario for a quick and easy walk to Rosario Head where you will spend time with staff searching for, and learning about, some of the marine mammals that can be found in the Salish Sea.

0.5-mile round trip with approximately 100 feet of elevation gain. Expected to take 1.5 hours.

Location: Rosario Beach Bathrooms

The parking lot is located at the end of the road. Please follow signs into the state park. Do not park at Walla Wall University’s Rosario Beach Marine Science Laboratory. When you arrive, park staff will be present to meet your group. Cell service can be tricky though please do not hesitate to call (360)499-6320 if you are lost. Restrooms are available at this location.
