More… CRT provides training for invited governmental agencies on laws, policies, and procedures for dealing with archaeological, historical, and cultural resources (both Tribal and non-Tribal) and promotes awareness, preservation and stewardship of Washington’s cultural resources. Students must have a need or desire to learn about cultural resources and cultural resource management laws and regulations, and how these issues relate to project delivery and performance.
