Looking for a fun, educational activity for the entire family?

There are now Nature Backpacks available for check-out at Bay View State Park! Each backpack includes educational materials and a set of kid-friendly tools to help young explorers learn about nature. Inside, you’ll find binoculars, observation tools, colored pencils, a field journal, books, activities and more.

Visit us at the Bay View Registration Station to request a Nature Backpack. You can borrow a backpack for either 48 hours or one week.

Geocaching Adventure Labs

Visit Cama Beach and Camano Island State Parks for a digital treasure hunt!

Designed similar to existing geocaching activities, Adventure Labs will guide you through the parks as you solve questions using physical features within the landscape.

A fun way to learn about the colorful & fascinating world of Western Washington Birds. Suitable for kids & adults. Location: Benson Beach Amphitheater. Follow the paved path behind the main restrooms at Campground A.
