The house has a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, dinning table and couch, one bedroom that sleeps two, two rollaway beds that sleeps one and air-conditioning. Linens are provided. Outside is a picnic table, deck with chairs and fire pit with grate.
The house accommodates up to four guests and is accessible for those with disabilities.
No pets are allowed in the cottage. Smoking is not allowed inside.
